Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item should be unused, unworn, and in good condition
- The item should be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible)
- A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

- Used or heavily damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
- Hygiene-related products once opened or used
Return Shipping

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fee
In some cases, a small restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply, especially for returns that require additional handling or inspection.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Partial refunds may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Exchanges
